Horrible experience. Dishwasher is literally brand new. First use and it's leaking all over the floor. Installer takes a video showing that it's coming from a broken or defective pump. I'm told I need to schedule through an authorized GE repair service. Tech shows up three days later with no parts and a flash light. Says he needs to order parts and we're told 7 to 10 days to ship the parts. Mind you, we're on vacation in a new home that has just been completely remodeled. I ask about expediting or overnighting the part and am told....."GE won't do that."
I will never buy another GE appliance. The customer service folks treat you with complete and utter disrespect. They are rude, condescending and beyond arrogant. They treated me like I was an annoyance and not a paying customer with a major problem. I was basically told......."you'll have to be patient and you'll get the parts when you get them."
My advice, stay away from GE. There are plenty of better options in the appliance industry.

GE Monogram VERY expensive but low quality
I had GE Monogram appliances in my house when I bought it. Because they are VERY expensive I got home warranty insurance to cover them. Refrigerator broke and repair guy was not able to fix it so I got new one. Naturally home warranty company did not buy another Monogram refrigerator that retails over $10k. My new LG refrigerator is actually better nat about 1/3rd of the price. The size of the Monogram was odd so I had to get the frame modified to fit the standard size LG. Then the microwave broke, I got new Monogram from home warranty company. It was also new size so again needed to modify the frame. The microwave retails $3,900. It broke in 2 years and cannot be fixed and GE told it only has 1 year warranty. I could get $100 microwave with 1 year warranty. GE Monogram just has high price nothing else, don't waste your money on Monogram.

NEVER buy a GE product
NEVER buy a GE product! Sine week two of my purchase I have been fighting with this company to honor their warranty. Most of the phone reps are professional and knowledgeable however when you get to the customer care rude and condescending! One even went so far as to tell me to watch videos to “understand the normal sounds a washer makes”! Tech that came out stated that there was an issue and he would have to order the parts. Never again will I purchase a GE product no matter what!

I just received my white GE electric…
I just received my white GE electric stove. The paint job on the black cook top is ridiculous. It looks like the person who painted the cook top was blind folded while working. I called Lowes for help. Just wanted to even exchange it. I was told, they can not do anything until it’s picked up and brought back.was told I would have to “ buy a new stove and wait for it to be picked up and brought back for credit. In the mean time , my old stove was taken away. I have a poor painted new stove and I have yo buy another stove to fix the problem. Well GE and Lowes. Poor people can’t just buy multiple stoves because the one they purchased was delivered in poor condition. I tried calling both Lowes and Ge. And the auto phone options give me the run around. The one customer service agent who tried to help, transferred me to a woman (working from home with kids screaming in the background who told me she only helps for Home Depot and Wafair. And now I have been waiting over an hour for customer service to even take my call again. Really? This is how Lowes and Ge help their customers? Really we receive an appliance that is in unacceptable condition and you can’t even get help and the help you get says you have to buy another stove first??? Wow!! Us poor folk get screwed!

Bought a new washer 5 yrs ago
Bought a new washer 5 yrs ago. Did not use for the first yr and half. After I starting using washer it has a issue where it can't spin or pump all the water out leaving standing water or overly soaked clothes. Hope this issue does not break my dryer as I have to ring to water out of clothes after every wash. After the clinton administration all these manufacturers took there jobs over seas to sell us Americans junk. Tbh I would pay double for a washer made and produce in the USA (100% produced in America) rather than from another country. USA used to make appliances to we're they could be fixed which is as green as you can get. Now everything cost more to fix than its value making it junk throw away appliances. Filling up landfills and scrap yards to put pollutants into the ground which stores our water sources. So when our these corporations (woke people) going to figure out that Americans make a better product and in turn could have a great paying job. These companies like GE, MayTag and Rubbermaid need no more purchases by any American shoppers. It's time for a new generation of people to make new corporations that work for this country and its people.

General Electric was acquired by a…
General Electric was acquired by a Chinese entity. I purchased a stackable washer/dryer from GE. In less than 8 months the GE appliance started making a loud noise during the washer’s spin cycle. The GE appliance was purchased at BEST BUY. When I called Best Buy, Best Buy informed me the warranty—which is to be serviced by Geek Squad—as indicated printed in the purchase confirmation, doesn’t kick-in until after one year. And therefore, Best Buy informed me, that GE has to service the appliance if it malfunctions in less than one year and after one year, Geek Squad will service it. I responded that whatever third party agreements GE and Best Buy have with respect to a product made by GE, sold at Best Buy, which I purchased at Best Buy is inmaterial to me. Best Buy is responsible for selling a defective product of any brand, hence, there was money (consideration) exchanged between the buyer and seller and the seller must either refund me, as the buyer, or give me a new appliance in exchange. None of this information was disclosed to me, as to who will service and repair the appliance, and I as a reasonable consumer, regard this service obligation as a vital factor to the purchase and sale agreement. Folks don’t buy at Best Buy and don’t buy GE appliances. I am taking these crooks to small claims court. They will have to Marshall an attorney, be in court, pay me a refund and all my expenses plus $8,000 the ceiling in small claims in Miami Dade. This is the only language these crooks understand. Everybody with the same or similar situation, file a small claims suit against these Chinese crooks. Oh! Out of curiosity I called GE and they won’t service my account because I gave these Chinese at GE a piece of my mind—the truth—about the rotten service and the very poorly untrained man made up an exaggerated account of our exchange and they won’t service to my name. Well if that is the case they should put me on a register and not sell me any products from GE, because in these United States, under the Fair Trading Act they cannot treat me differently than any other consumer who purchases any of their products. That will be a separate Federal Case for $100 million in damages. The U.S. government should NOT allow Chinese companies to purchase strategic American companies. The Hier company is Chinese and they are cheating consumers from the get-go.

GE dishwasher
Purchased GE dishwasher in January. By the beginning of September it had stopped working, just turns itself off mid cycle. Tech has been out 4 times with different parts and it is still not working. GE will not replace yet, it needs to be classified as "not repairable" by tech and then it will start evaluation process. It has already been 2 months and 4 times taking off work for repair. DO NOT purchase GE appliances, they do not have the staff to support them.

Horrible customer service, installation and tech help. I would never buy another GE appliance
