I bought a GE washing machine last September. It has caused me nothing but problems and will probably not even last 2 years. Do not but a GE washing machine. I'd say don't even but their dryer.

GE is impossible to reach and their washer/dryers are poor quality. Six months into owning a brand new set neither product works as they are designed to work. GE is impossible to reach. Their service techs are the first to admit the products are poor quality. I have reached out to GE in multiple ways and can't get a response from them.

Bought a dishwasher that has all the features you could possibly want, except for getting your dishes clean. Hello anybody home in there? Maybe someone should remind their engineers that the primary function of a dishwasher is to wash dishes.

Trash appliances. Garbage. After 1 year water filter in the refrigerator started showing leak sign. I called GE and first thing they asked is if I had extended warranty. I said no and they said well you will have to pay from your pocket. Rude customer service - who makes appliances to last 1 year only? This company is operated by stupid retarded people.

Went to put my new bake element in oven get it pulled out and wires exposed and instead of a couple little screws it is crimped or something so I look on there web site and all the videos are with the screws easy breezy but nothing on what I have going on so I call customer service and am on the phone for almost an hour just to have the people that make these ovens tell me they would have to send a tec out to change the stupid bake element. I find this a ploy to make more money, I’m on SSI and can’t afford that. It’s bullshit….

GE has a horrible product, every appliance I’ve had broke before it was five years old. I bought a camper that had GE A/C, before the camper was two years old, I had to replace the A/C four times. The only good thing I can say, is I’m glad they broke before the warranty was up, of course they keep replacing it with a GE piece of crap. They also won’t stand behind their product, so if something goes wrong, too bad.

Every time refrigerator handle breaks I have to purchase the kit which includes a freezer handle - WHY? I have a collection of freezer handles, what to I do with them? This policy SUCKS! I just want a handle for refrigerator. What a rip off!!! Another way to make money for NOTHING!

Embarrassment, useless, waste of a company. Would give 0 stars if I could. Awful appliance + awful customer service + incompetent contracted service company makes for a miserable combination. Brand new fridge failed 2 times in as many months. Multiple services were just missed altogether and had to be rescheduled more than a week out each time. Save yourself the trouble and do not buy from GE. If they are able to finally fix my appliance (Big IF), I will be using it until it breaks again and then will be replacing with a different brand altogether as I never want to deal with this company or Bodewell ever again.
