I have submitted numerous tickets at GBRI in an attempt to be credited for completion of my LEED AP credential and have not received any response, only closed tickets.

I am the CEO and an Educator at a top University in the United States, we support Financially the fine efforts of USGBC. The affiliation USGBC reflects not only reflects negatively upon the USGBC but to all of us involved in sustainability. We have called a meeting with the leadership of USGBC. GBRI must remediate and produce or all funding to USGBC from our institution will cease and other sustainability programs will become the benefactors. Poor service not fixing my CE hours report after several email they have close my file without fixing my problem.

I recently passed my LEED Green Associate exam. I credited the Exam course prep taught by Jeslin. The exam prep course, which included the quizzes and mock exams, was incredibly helpful throughout the process, especially since I was under a time crunch. The course was well-structured, easy to follow, and covered the key concepts clearly. The study materials were on point, well-organized, and covered exactly what I needed to focus on for the exam. Jeslin did an excellent job guiding me, answering questions, and providing support whenever needed. I highly recommend this course to anyone preparing for the LEED exam, especially if you are new to this sector.

The LEED EXAM prep program was amazing! From the weekly Zoom calls with Jeslin to the comprehensive study guides, module quizzes AND additional exam (timed/untimed) quizzes all the materials were excellent; very helpful in me passing my LEED exam.

Susan F bought the WRONG package, she USED it, then made a big stink about not getting her 30 hours, she GOT A REFUND for it anyway, but went on to post a disparaging review. As one of GBRI students I know about this incident. GBRI is not a scam. It is a legitimate reputable company that provides really good quality exam prep. The material is well organized and well delivered.
