Communication was poor. I was vexed that they would not tell me what my vehicle actually sold for. Not allowing me that information (the market value for that vehicle) has kept me from selling another vehicle with Gateway. The staff that signed me up was good and communicative. They treated me perfectly, represented my vehicle with style and class and it sold immediately. I recommended my friend to sell his car there asap and Gateway sent me a form for $100.00 for the referral, but I never received it. Otherwise, would highly recommend hem to anyone....
