Backordered but received product as ordered after 2 week wait.

Order was received as expected. Package was delivered open, not sure why. Everything seemed to be intact. I hope to install the product tomorrow. Looks to be what I needed. Thank you!

The circuit board replacement worked, but I didn’t receive any update as to when this item was to ship. No lead time was provided on the website nor in the confirmation email. The order status on the website didn’t provide an expected ship date either, only that is was “awaiting shipment”. I had to call twice to check on it. I am glad my garage door is working again but Gatehouse could have been more proactive in establishing a good customer experience.

I would of rated 5 stars, but took 3 weeks to receive order. Said in stock on website, but it was on backorder. Part works great, gate is back to functioning.

Order arrived in a timely manner. Installation was straightforward, worked perfectly.

Thanks. The Keypad is installed and was easy to program. Order to shipping to receiving was about 4 days. This stupid verification process just to say thanks is not worth the trouble.
