Can't rate anything that I haven't received!! Ordered it 5 weeks ago - I realize that Canada is not part of the US, but 5 weeks + for a bolt and and a nut to be delivered across a friendly border is difficult to understand. I've amended the review from a 1 to a 4, as I have now received the items and they were exactly what I ordered and allowed me to repair my garage door opener. If I could rate USPS, I would give them a 0. I thought that Canada Post was not the best, but they seem better than USPS. Well done to Gatehouse supplies as they provided responses to my queries - Fed Ex next time!

I have bought a couple of keychain garage door openers -one a few years ago for myself and recently one for my son and his new car . I never have had a problem and the battery is easy to replace. Very good website-easy to navigate and purchase the right one. Easy for me to set up. Received my orders without a problem and promptly. Would order again from them and recommend highly.

Initial service and pricing was great. Order updates just showed that it was waiting to be packaged and shipped. It didn’t show the item was out of stock. Since the website showed everything to be in stock, I had to contact customer service to get an actual status. I was advised that one item was out of stock and there was no expected date. Since I found the items in stock at another website and ordered there, I canceled my initial order.

Amber was absolutely fantastic. You should give her a raise and a two weeks paid vacation to Hawaii.
