absolutely the worst be careful

absolutely the worst! Be careful, if you are thinking about ordering from them; they sure fooled us, have our money and the product. They showed a board in stock for a gate, we needed quickly.; even called to make sure and were told 30 day return on most items, not true. Took over two weeks, they had to get from manufacturer. Sent back unopened, they accepted, but claim it's not returnable. They have our money and the board. And treated us rudely when they were dishonest and clearly operate this way. I suggest get from other reputable places that don't take advantage of customers to make money at all cost. I wish others had spoken up here than some of the fake reviews I am seeing here now. If they don't refund or return the item, this might me considered stealing.

Dear Mr Ulrich Keppler, I am very sorry for any missunderstanding you had regarding your order. I see that you ordered the board after hours on the 15th 7:39pm, the board has 2 versions an old style and a new style version. We did have to get the vesion you ordered but it was sent to you and you received it on the following Tuesday only 4 bussiness days after the order was placed. We have a very strict policy on returns on circuit boards for our customers protection, it is clearly listed on the terms and conditions page of our site, the board that was returned to us was opened from its factory sealed package, once that happens we can no longer accept it back and sell it as new. I would assume that you would not of been happy to have recived a board that was opened and possibly installed by another customer. Believe it or not we have actually had customers install the boards only to find out that the board was not the problem and then try to return it to us. That is why the policy was created. You mentioned that it was the wrong board and we completely understand that it could be confusing when ordering especiually with the different versions, and we offered to exchange it for the correct board but you declined that offer and only wanted to return it for credit which we do not offer as an option. We would be happy to send the board back to you or exchange it for the other version if that is what you need. Thank You
