Canadian buyers beware there is no warranty
I'm in Canada and bought this vacuum sealer on Amazon less than 2 years ago and it was supposed to be warrantied through the company for five. It just stopped vacuuming properly and I contacted the company who said they would send me a new one and then they said that they can't ship to Canada so they would refund me. That's when the communication from them stopped and they have not refunded anything! BUYER BEWARE not only do they not honor their warranty but they are liars!
