If I could, I would’ve given them 15–20 stars! The best customer service experience I think I have ever had! I received a canister style vacuum sealer from them and it is top notch quality. I would absolutely, totally recommend Gasbye to everyone!

I purchased the Gasbye Vacuum Sealer and love it. I can actually prepare meals and save them after using the vacuum sealer and it keeps for weeks. The food is fresh and always tastes great.

I'm in Canada and bought this vacuum sealer on Amazon less than 2 years ago and it was supposed to be warrantied through the company for five. It just stopped vacuuming properly and I contacted the company who said they would send me a new one and then they said that they can't ship to Canada so they would refund me. That's when the communication from them stopped and they have not refunded anything! BUYER BEWARE not only do they not honor their warranty but they are liars!

Very good looking design, I love the roll cutting. The unit is very quiet, seals great, and all of the options to select manual or auto vacuum. Just a wonderful product, we are so happy we purchased the “Gasbye Vacuum Sealer” and we expect many years of service from this great kitchen addition!

This has out performed our other dehumidifier by far! I bought as a back up and it's actually now my reliable go to source of decreasing humidity in our home. Easy to use.love the auto shut off. Large tank is easily removed and emptied. Moves around the house with no problem due to castors.

I purchased a dual hose 14,000 AC in May. I was very satisfied with the cooling and especially liked the dual hose feature that eliminates negative pressure issues and seems to be better at exhausting the condensation better than single hose units I've had. The unit quit working August. I contacted support and received a full refund. Their 3 year warranty offer is the best I saw for all portable AC's. I purchased a duplicate model, which will hopefully be problem free, but if not, I'm confident that they will stand behind their product
