The main thing which I liked being here was that this company provides a toxic free environment and most importantly it provides great working hours flexibility, but the negative point which this company shares is that it does not provide any kind of pay to it's interns.

Working with GAO Tek helped me learn candidate sourcing and onboarding assistance. It was helpful for developing new skills. However, clearer boundaries around intern expectations would enhance the experience.

Pros: It gives a great platform to freshers to start to learn and get some understand about their related field. Flexible working hours. Cons: Management is not proper great. There are confusions and lack of strategy and process.

It was great experience to embrace! Working here as HR intern and got promoted as Squad Leader made me become quicker to adapt and paying attention to detail things. Overall, its good!
