I like how they let us having a flexible working time, however workload should come with fair compensation, certificate for at least 3 months cotract is quite not worth. So, this things about compensation and benefit could be reconsider again.

My experience in gao was insightful, the diverse work culture, coordination with team members made me learn a lot as a hr intern. As this internship is unpaid, compared to that, the work pressure is little high and might feel tedious. Except that it was a good experience.
