My internship at GAO Tek is a great learning experience. In the human Resource department I learned about initial screening and hiring processes. Also learn how to be a team player. But the only lagging thing is lack of guidance towards opportunities after the internship.

I have done my internship in HR here. It had been such a good experience yet sometimes demotivating as it was unpaid.

This company gave me end-to-end recruitment experience as an HR Intern, which was such a valuable experience. I really enjoyed the tasks, but what confused me was the rapid employee turnover. During my internship, I worked with more than three managers who kept changing, and that made collaboration and communication quite challenging.

I would say that the experience can be valuable, especially for building international recruitment skills and confidence in a fast-paced environment. However, it’s important to be aware that the workload and expectations can be quite demanding for an intern, and clear communication about boundaries and capacity is essential. The multicultural setting is a strong advantage, but women should also ensure they feel supported, heard, and comfortable voicing concerns if anything feels overwhelming or unclear.
