Avoid ABC game servers! I ordered a server from them and it never worked, they've refused to return my money since December. They have every excuse for why they can't make a simple PayPal transaction. I'm done chasing them. They're trying to just refund me half of the cost now, as though they're doing me a favour. They only sublet gtx gaming servers anyway, do yourself a favour and avoid this middle man.

100% wouldn't recommend using this game server as your host for anything.. The support team is basically a bunch of trolls running around wasting peoples time. Also--- Their dedicated servers are over priced and the support will keep you going in circles for days and then claim to have solved your issue. The control panel they have for the servers is the worst i've use on any site -- there prices for an old e5 chip are a bit overpriced when compared to other services. They don't have a great selection of games after all. You'll be happier going to a teenager who has a dedicated box he rents and then renting a server from them.

Great hosting, worst support EVER!!!! They are rude, and refuse to work with you when you are hosting for an older game like crysis. When I say the support is horrible, its the ABSOLUTE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN. They refuse to add critical files for my mod to function correctly.

Same their service is great. The customer support just makes you rage quit their service very slow.

Been asking for help never got it in the first place really slow answer. Not easy to understand modify your server. really disapointed bad customer service that ignore you. Dont give them any kind of revenue because they wont bother refounding it back to you.

Can't play with 2 people on a 4 person Starbound server without HORRIBLE lag. No mods, nothing unusual. Just NORMAL play. Responses take upwards of 12 hours and aren't helpful. Won't even migrate the server data from one server to another for me. HORRIBLE.

Really horrible company, very slow and unreliable support. Forced to use these lazy potatoes since they have a monopoly at server hosting for Call of Duty: Black Ops 1

First of all the server runs well (half life deathmatch) but the problems quickly came flooding in. Before you read anymore DO NOT GET ANY SERVER WITH THIS COMPANY. I was looking for help on how to get admins as there is no proper console on the control panel. Everything looks really out dated and it seams to be that way too. Their documentation on admins was absolutely terrible and if it was not for me being good with computers then i would have been stuck and of wasted £6 (yes, thats the cheapest you can go). After a while a hacker joined and i could not ban him and he was controlling things on my server. I asked them for help and a 12 hour reply gave me... ban him. Then i started getting mad and told them that they where not helping then they started making me the villain and where being rude to me (They told me if i did not stop and i had to do some setting on the server for them then they would shutdown the server and keep the money). I will NEVER buy a server from them again and if you want to keep your card or paypal details safe RUN because there security is not the best.
