I rented my first rust server here, within a couple of days the server started crashing, every few hours, they increased the memory and it seemed to be alright, and then it crashed again and wiped my whole map. They told me my map might be too big or i have too many mods, I had a 3k map and 0 mods. More crashes and wipes, I ended up running a mod that would restart my server around 6 times throughout the day and GUESS WHAT? it still crashed and wiped itself making me lose what player base I had left. They want you to pay more money for more slots, but why is this necessary when I had a 50 player slot and didn't even reach half full? BOTTOM LINE: Avoid them at all costs. They might be low cost but you end up paying for an unusable server unless you want to pay 2 or 3 times more for a minimal RAM upgrade. After I finally gave up they refused to refund me also despite there being a genuine reason. I won't be giving them any more money and neither should anyone else.

Terrible service for Rust. Server kept constantly crashing and wiping on its own. They kept blaming the game when hundreds of others run just fine on there. They inadequate equipment. That’s the problem. Refused to refund my money. So they just suck at what they offer and steal your money while offering half assed service. I would not and will not EVER use them again.

Bought a server with there promotional code and had issues with latency and connectivity from day one. After days of tickets, troubleshooting, and dumbing down the default settings for the game I was trying to play I gave up. Constant server crashes and restarts. The technicians are nice enough, but they do not care about the quality of services they sell you. I purchased a 12 slot server and only ever had 3 people on it and experienced all sorts of issues and crashes.

very bad rent new aapg server won't working won't show online support service rubish wait several time still whitout response. just get money and don's care costumers. i will try get refund if this avaliable.....

unfortunately they are very poor and very slow at comiing back to you on customer serveice, we experienced being lagged out , server constantly restarts and when ddosed we were all lagged off, they say they have protection but it doesnt feel like it when we brought it to their attention they eventually suspended the server - not giving a Dam about our community that we have built up and the fact that they could have sent us a report and also moved us to a different hosting server was not even offered avoid at all costs and go with someone who has better responses times in customer service - one that actually cares about their client

Worst hosting company i have ever used had 3 servers with them, always crashing, restarting servers without notice and then not checking to make sure they where back up and running. Lost loads of players due to the way they deal with problems, they had no idea what they where doing. I do not recommend these.

Server down for almost 5 days. Copy/paste responses to ticket. No information about why or an ETA for restoration. Last 2 days no response at all.
