Have been using GameServers for a while. Their faq includes tutorial videos and step by step instructions, as long as trusted software. I wanted certain mods installed on my server, to do this you had to send a support ticket in so they could install them manually. I expected this process to take around 24 hours. I was pleasantly surprised when my ticket was responded to within 2 minutes. All subsequent replies from me were handled withing 15 minutes. On a Sunday at 11pm. Needless to say. Very impressed with the service.

Made a server for Terraria and so far the Customer Service is great, Paul Han has helped me a lot and responds within a minute. The lag is non-existent and the prices are unbeatable for the quality that you receive. I would highly recommend this company. They support both Tshock and Tmodloader and if you run into any problems they seem to just do the work for you.

My response time with Paul was amazing. My request only took a few minutes to resolve. I had a question after the request was fulfilled and Paul answered my question almost instantly. My experiences have been great with this company and the support is fantastic. Thanks for the help/service.

I signed up at Gameservers because I needed a Minecraft server for a class project. I was using an atypical version of Minecraft that does not work with standard Minecraft. Since I am not a computer wizard, I asked their help desk for advice on how to remove the standard Minecraft from the server and upload the version I was using. I just asked them to point me in the direction of a website or a video that would tell me how to do it. Instead, without me asking, they volunteered to do it for me. In retrospect, I seriously doubt I would have been able to do it myself because this wasn’t a typical mod job. I have been considering a server for another game that I play for leisure, and after this experience, I will be signing up for that in the near future. If you are browsing for a server, I would seriously consider Gamesever. I have no reservations recommending them. To Gameserver and your admin staff, thank you for what you did. You helped me tremendously!
