GameserversReviews of gameservers.com

Garbage rust hosting, Tons of issues including it randomly wiping because it ran out of memory. They dont allocate nearly enough resources to servers. It constantly bugged out if you didnt restart at least once a day if not more. 0/10

so it started off great the server ran fine i modded it fine and everything..then it crashed and said it was exciting the amount of ram..witch was weird as it was running fine, so they gave me more ram and it ran fine until the recent update. i was planning on upgrading more slots and getting a bigger map just needed more ram and they said more slots will give you more ram. look >> ``If you login to your my.gameservers.com control panel and select 'manage subscriptions' you can upgrade the player slots from there. Doing so will increase the amount of memory assigned to your server. I recommend upgrading to over 100 slots to run a 4000 size map.`` ``Kind Regards,`` "Kallo [GS]" ``Matthew France`` ``GameServers.com`` so I went ahead with the upgrade...aaaaaaaand nothing ..litterly nothing ..in the crash logs it says my ram was reduced !! lmaoo went from 5000mb to 4000mb .. I cant even get a 3200 map to load without it crashing due to exciting ram limits..and this is after I paid the 9$ upgrade from the 12$ a month fee.. servers.com is a con company. they will lie and try to steel your money. I would treat them like those people who call your phone and try and get you to send them money or say you owe money lol DONT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!!

First of all I'd say that their costumer support is down right terrable. Either its waiting 2-3 days for an responce or its the unexperienced crew knowing nothing about the game they're serving. But the worse thing is their constant networking errors. Quite recently I had 80% of players online haveing pings over 10000ms. on a 20 pop rust server. as of writeing this review my server just crashed propely wipeing all user content as it did for 2 weeks ago. Been using gameservers for about 1-2 years its just getting worse and worse

their customer service is the worst. long wait time for a reply... no support Chat available...currently been waiting over 40 min for and upgrade question to be replied to... they also have mildly high pricing

Most horrible server company on the planet! Takes hoyrs and hours sometimes day for tech support to answer, always saying need to buy more memory or it needs this upgrade or that upgrade, what crap server company!

These guys are just terrible. Over a day to respond to a server that wont show up for anyone to join. Customer service sucks, their primary answer is "Well, can we wipe the server to see if that helps?" Dont waste your time with them. Spend 5 bucks more and go with someone who actually cares.

Have been running a Rust server with them for about a year and I don't know why. Had a 50 player server that started crashing and was told I had to purchase more player slots for more memory. Was only averaging10 to 20 players a month. Told me I had to upgrade to a 200 slot server to get 8 gigs of memory. Still the server only averages about 20 or so per month and its still buggy. They are worthless and I'm finally switching to another host when my billing period is up. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
