I purchased a 3 month subscription from these guys. First they never mentioned that the RAM is allocated based on slots you purchase, so when I started having crash issues, I opened a ticket and they asked me to upgrade the plan from 50 to 100 because I am using RAM at capacity. The server worked perfect for first week with the same plugins loaded. When I refused and asked for a refund, they said that I am out of 5 days window so no refunds. They have set the subscription to cancel after the term ends and I started having even more crashes during the day. If they had mentioned the RAM allocation per slot while purchase, i would probably have bought the 100 slot deal, but not like this. Not like when you are trying to extort me for money out of my pockets with your scam. You are never going to get a single penny out of my pockets again. DO NOT rely upon their services and I would avoid them if I was you. One star is only for the quick replies they get going on support tickets.

They will continue to charge you and take hundreds of dollars or force NSF fees even after you delete your account, call customer service and email them to end your service they will force you to keep their services and bill you still. I am working with my bank PayPal and the police on this company.

Lets put it this way, they are the worse company ever, when ever things goes bad such as DDoS attacks or problems occurs they will not respond for months Hell they will even suspend ya account

I have tried to get my service canceled 2 times now even changed credit card numbers and he just keeps on billing me!! They stopped his payments but that only last so long and YEP THEY ARE BACK!! DO NOT USE

Bad server, bad support

I ordered a Space Engineers server. The servers was installed in +- 30 minutes. Problem was with the configuration, because no matter what I configured, after save and restart there was just the basic setup, which I could not change at all. I went to different provider, which had the server in 10 minutes and the config works without issues

Our server is crashing nearly every week, now there is some serious lag issues for everyone. Now it's lagging again and it wouldn't even let restart the server. Results are: lost public players and annoyed clan members. Unbelievable how they actually dare to ask such high price for their services.

When I first tried to make a payment it would not process, later I realized I was charged every time I tried to process the transaction, in total I was ripped off for $250, after complaining they refunded me $70, also they set my subscription to auto despite me selecting the one month option. In total what was supposed to be a $14 rental cost me almost $300, I had to block my credit card to stop them from taking money.
