Hi there, After reviewing all of the correspondence you've had with us (that I could find to the best of my ability, since the email provided isn't what was used for your GSK account), I see that the most recent support tickets were submitted nearly 7 months prior to this review when you cancelled your service and requested some billing changes. All of your support tickets were answered promptly within a few hours - barring one that spanned a few days due to an issue with our London datacenter over a year ago. That issue was resolved long ago, and our London datacenter has improved immensely since. I don't feel that this review contains much relevance as this was an edge case situation that happened over a year ago, but nonetheless I'm sorry that you did not have a great experience. The customer service is the best I have ever experienced. I am using this to just to play singleplayer rust and found it easy enough to navigate.

Its been really hard to play. Its crashing and lagging. I took the best they could offer and 3 weeks later its really problematic. Right now my server doesnt exist anymore. It was working just fine when I woke up I went to make myself a coffee I came back There's nothing left. I've been waiting for an hour now in the help chat with the tech support and noone came yet
