I had a the problem of removing and admin and not knowing how to do it. I came to ask the support how to do it and Jake went above and beyond helping me. He explained everything in great detail by telling me what I needed to do and what everything meant.

I have had a great time here, there's little to no latency even though my server was located across the country. They cater to your needs and work hard to ensure you get your hardware or server on time. I highly recommend Game Server Kings to absolutely anybody who is on a budget and wishes to start a game server, they are even willing to assist you at times with opportunities to grow your game server!

I requested a refund due to not being able to continue payments and received a rapid response as well as a full refund. Highly recommend, service it worked well and customer support was far better than you usually receive from online services.

I was using a different hosting service to host my Rust server. It was having severe performance issues on a Sunday and needed to get it moved to a new host asap since my current host didnt provide support on a weekend (That should of been my first warning sign). I found Gameserverkings, and talked to Jake. Once I paid for the new service (which was less than half the price of the old server), Jake helped me move everything to the new server and even helped me later after I needed a bit more help, all on a Sunday evening! I wish I would of gone with these guys in the first place. Thank you!
