The servers are VERY easy to manage when you have a support staff like Dristen. He responds right away and give me the best answer for my questions.

Multiple people like Jordan and Alexander are extremely helpful with your server. Almost instantaneous response times and goes above and beyond to help you fix your server. (Jordan specifically helped fixed my server.cfg and clean up various lines)
