The item ordered has not been received
I have written twice about my order. Got response on first email that they were behind. No response to second email. Item was ordered Dec 18th. I have requested a discount and that you pay overnight shipping and reduce my cost for two day shipping. This was a birthday present for my son.

Bad service
I would not recommend this websit to anyone. I ordered 2 controllers for Xmas and it's been almost a month and I have not received controllers as of yet. I emailed several times and was told that the controllers will be delivered by the end of the week and I have not recover .

Buyer Beware...do not purchase
Placed an order online in early DEC with expedited shipping for Christmas. No show on 12/16 so I called customer service - no one available...left a message - no return call. Called 12/18 - same, no return call. Called 12/19 and 12/20 - same. Sent emails and no reply until I cancelled my order. Why is it only after I cancel someone responds. Run, don't buy.

I will never buy from you again
This company doesn't tell you ahead of time that it takes at least 6-10 days to even put the product together before it ships. I paid extra 2 weeks before Christmas and it never arrived. Now it's 2 weeks after Christmas and still nothing (not even a note from this company updating me of the status). I'm starting to think that they're a scam.

Hi Brianna, All custom controller companies have a build time since you are purchasing a custom product. We state the build time when your checking out but I think a disclaimer before purchase might be helpful to other customers as well. I will check on your order today and ensure it is build and shipped asap for you! We are currently building controllers from Dec 12-14 so yours will be built early this week!!

Did not get order.

My son was disappointed when his controller did not arrive for christmas.
Unfortunately the controller I ordered my son on December 10th still has not arrived and it is January3rd. When I called to follow up the Monday before Christmas to see the status on the order and see if I needed to buy another Santa gift on one answered and all i got was an answering machine. My emails were also not answered until after Christmas. Unfortunately cannot even rate the product since we still do not have it..

Very disappointed in your sevice
I ordered a ps3 controller for my grandson for Christmas. It was ordered on Dec 11th. My credit card was charged on Dec 16th and I still have not received the order. My daugher and I have called several times and have not been able to talk to anyone. They tell us all reps are busy and to leave a number and they will call back and they never due. I am ready to cancel this order and never do business with this co. again.

Nothing But All Frauds
F-F-F-F- YOU PEOPLE ARE NOT BETTER BUISNESS CERTIFIED. SAYS YOUR ALL FRAUDSTERS. AND YOU. ALL ARE HORRIBLE ON PHONES, EMAILS, ETC.

Hi Leo, I checked on your order and you have already been refunded. I'm not sure why you think we are fraudsters? We take our customer service seriously and I'm sorry you did not have a good experience. We had an overwhelming amount of holidays orders and ship dates were pushed back quite a bit. Our customer service handles a very large amount of emails/calls a day and does their best to work through them in a timely manner.
