I have called and everyone that answered was very respectful and helped out. I love the controller a lot, I use it everyday. Good job guys keep it up!

A little long of a wait to get controller but was during peak season high quality controller

I got a juggernaut master mode controller and it works very well. Only problem is I had to look up how to use the skids on the controller. It would make things slot easier if it had come with instructions. Overall it works very well

Controllers are very well made and good quality but to difficult to use

Everything works great, but the rapid fire modes can be difficult to set. Every time I try to set it to anything above 5, it automatically stays at 5. Please tell me if anyone knows how to fix this

They were super friendly with my purchase took them a little bit but once it was shipped it was here in a great manner. The controller had a problem I emailed them and they took care of it for me. Over all pretty great

These controllers are amazing and they come with everything that you ask for and are well out together.

I purchased a gold/chrome styled shell along with chrome buttons, bumpers, triggers, and sync button. All pieces seemed to be just right for my controller. However, both LB and RB bumpers did not fit the positions they were intended to. Thankfully, all I had to do was to widen the holes of the bumpers a little using an exacto knife so they would fit properly. Works great now!
