I made an order on December 18th, 2013. And now it's January 11th 2014! And I haven't gotten any emails or responses to wear my package is ?? And it said ONlY 6-10 days not 15 to 20 days !! I'm disappointed

I ordered my son a controller for christmas and didnt receive it in time, now his birthday is coming up and still no controller. I email and call with no response. I am beginning to think its a fraudulent company. I am going to report it to my bank as fraud and go from there, worst service I have ever had.

Hey Justin, Let me have someone from sales send you a return label and repair form so we can swap out your controller. We will look up what you ordered and start building you a new one while yours ships back. Can you give me a last name or order # so I can look up your order? Is it by any chance a Chrome shell? Sometimes the chrome interferes in the battery pack.

I order my controller on December 17th and yet to have any new status on it! Everytime I log in to check the status all it shows is that it's in progress! That is rediculous! I would have gone elsewhere if I knew it would take this long. Then I get an email for a survey? Really? Rediculous!

The controllers I ordered had sticky buttons and they didn't send me instructions on how to set up the controller. I had to fix them myself, overall they had good service and friendly, nice people to talk to.
