Christmas present that wasn't
My son wanted the customized controller so I ordered one for Christmas. It was the first thing I ordered for Christmas and the only thing I didn't get. The order was placed on Dec 7 and is still in progress. My son is excited to get the modded controller but disappointed it wasn't here. His friend got his...and all works well....just is taking a long time

Michael, Thank you for your time today on the phone. Per our discussion I have upgraded you shipping at no cost and your controller will ship on Monday. I believe the amount of orders we received due to the Christmas rush and MTV listing us as one of the Top Ten Gaming Gifts of 2013 may have gotten the better of us this year. Shipping sucks and costumer service sucks
The time of making the controller is understandable but the shipping sucks so you might just go with 3-5 days shipping cause I paid $9 for 2days and got in six days after I received my tracking # so don't pay extra for the two day cause you won't get it!!!!!! The costumer service sucks too they should let you know on the status of your order they should respond faster on the emails not wait a day or few hrs after...next time I will order some where else!!!!!!

Hays, I apologize for your experience with GamerModz. We do not have control over USPS. Once we ship your product, it is out of our hands on how long they take. I know that USPS was in the news as having major delays with deliveries. With respect to responding to emails and voice calls. We receive about 500 a day. A response time of 24 hours is our goal, and is the goal of other large retailers like Amazon as well. We appreciate your business and look forward to working with you again in the future.

Dont like to talking to blender need more receptionist also have a scence of urgency when it comes to delivering merchandise.
Had a somewhat bad experience overall customer service was excellent took forever to get ahold of them though, but as far as getting merchandise shipped on time was not to cool. True it takes time to build, my wait was nearly month an guess what still waiting lol:(

the picture looks nothing like what I got and I want to return it and get a refund
This sucks and I appreciate the time but I'm very upset about this controller

Hi Tony, Thank you for your order and I'm sorry your not happy with the product. If you purchased a PS4 or Xbox One we have renders up on our website until we can replace them all with actual images. If you're not happy you can return your controller, please call the office at 866-205-5268 (closed christmas day) for a return label and we will refund you.

I ordered a controller for my son as a Christmas gift on 12/1/13 and it still hasn't arrived yet as of 12/23/13
I am very frustrated b/c I ordered this custom controller on 12/1/13 and it still hasn't arrived yet. According to the tracking email, it was shipped on 12/16/13, then as of 12/20/13 it was in Tampa, Florida and as of 12/23/13 today it's in Orlando!!! I live in WV. I am going to be very disappointed if it doesn't arrive for Christmas.

Hi Lisa! I've been checking your tracking info on USPS site as well. It looks like it took a few days for them to actually scan your box and get things going from when we packed it up and the post man picked it up on the 16th! Concerns me that they haven't updated any info since yesterday in Orlando but I've got my fingers crossed for you that it is on its way! I hope it makes it in time and that your son loves it!

I was not please with the overall experience of ordering from you company.
The product took longer than stated to ship out. I paid for 2 days shipping and it took 4 days to get here.

Hi Jason, We're sorry you were not pleased with your experience. As we state at our checkout and in the order invoice we have 6-10 business days to build your controller (or hydro-dip shells if you just ordered a shell and parts) in addition to the shipping method you choose. If the actual shipping took 4 days instead of 2 once it was marked as "shipped" then this is a postal service issue. Thank you for your feedback and we hope your enjoying your product!
