I ordered a custom xbox one controller, weeks later I was still not seeing any updates on my order. Serveral emails went unresponded to. Various attempts at calling them went unanswered. One time a lady answered and assured me my controller would be sent the upcoming week. That didn't happen, a week later and another call and I was told my controller would be out the following Monday. It was, currently awaiting it's arrival... I've ordered from this company before and had no issues. Don't know what's going on with them but I hope they get things sorted to make themselves more reliable and customer friendly. I'm skeptical as of now as to whether I'd buy from them again. I'll look for current reviews before clicking that pay now button for sure.

Jacob who is only 12 thought he was getting an awesome controller when he ordered through you guys. Come to find out even with the estimated shipping dates that changed almost on a daily basis, he controller still shipped 10 days later than the estimated date. I sent emails and the last email I received was that it would be sent no later than may 16th and that my shipping and handling would be reimbursed, all of which was a lie. Neither one happened and to this date he still hasnt received it. This has been the poorest service we have ever gotten and will NEVER order from you again!!!

I was so stoked to order my controller. After it becoming 1 week late on delivery and me having checked the site to find out what is going on, i was told that they had a back order issue problem and were resolving it. I mention that no one every contacted me to tell me their was a hold up. You would think if you paid $161 for something, it would arrive on time. Anyways, I finally received my controller, almost 14 days late. I go to plug the controller in and nothing. Thinking it just needs to be charged, i charge it overnight. Still nothing. I am very unhappy with this product and this company. They do not answer phone calls but send you directly to a voice mail. It take a day or more for them to respond to emails. I am pretty pissed at spending $161 and getting crap. Someone better make this right and fast.

Placed an order for a controller. 2 weeks later no confirmation e mail or contact. No response to e mail after another 10 days so opened a dispute via paypal asking for an estimated delivery date and had money refunded instead. 1 very upset son and 4 wasted weeks. AVOID!!!

Ordered a remote and spent a decent amount of money and didn't get what I asked for the remote control didn't work the way it should none of the functions of the remote didn't work paid an extra $30 for fast shipping and for what a remote that wasn't done? I ordered a controller and a gift card from gamermodz.com on December, 15th as a Christmas gift and still haven't received it (today is January 15th). When I ordered it I had heard good things about the site and their controllers, but needless to say I am disappointed. When you go to order them it says allow 6-10 business days to ship your products, whenever I see that before I order I see it as their end of a contract, I spend $185 and they guarantee my products to ship within their set time limit. I have tried emailing them about it and to see if my order is any closer to shipping and they keep telling me that they're busy with other orders due to the holiday season. The first time I contacted them they said it should ship by the 9th and when it didn't I contacted them again and the second time they said it should ship by the 13th, when it failed to ship again I tried contacting them again to see when it would ship and they have yet to get back to me. I'm starting to wonder if the site is even legitimate and if I will ever receive the products I have already been charged for. I can say for sure that if I ever get my products it will be the last thing I ever purchase from them.

We ordered two controllers for my kids for Christmas and still have not recieved one of them. They won't even answer the phone. I have emailed 3 times with no response. Its been a month. Terrible! If I could rate one star I wouls!

I ordered a mod controller for my son mid December. Still have not received my order. Tried to contact the company and the only way I was able to do so was through an e mail in which every time I e mail them it is days before I get a response. I have heard many contradicting responses about my order. 6 to 10 days build time, 14 day build time, to it will be here the 13 TH of. January. I still have yet to receive it. I highly promote companies I have ordered from in the past and tend to order a lot when satisfied. I have never been so disappointed with a company and the customer service I have received as I am with this one!!! I did not even want to give them one star.
