Great looks
Great controller rook awhile to get completed had for 1 he then controller stopped working it flashes one red light when turned on then does nothing from there need help need help plz

Wait was extremely long, but the product was worth the wait.
The remote was a good buy as long as it's on sale. I didn't like the lose battery cover, but it was well worth the money! I would for sure buy another!

Waiting Again
It took almost a month to the day to get my Juggernaut controller but I can understand if they're in high demand. Unfortunately when mine finally arrived it had several problems. The main one is that it continuously disconnects from the console. I tried swapping battery packs and even just running the power cable without a battery and it still does the same thing. Several of the mods it has don't seem to work or stop working so maybe it's all tied into the same disconnect problem. Now I'm trying to get it back for service and they haven't responded to my last 3 emails and their phone number only has a recording. They offer a 7 day refund policy and although I did contact them within that time frame it doesn't do a lot of good if they don't respond!!!

Roger, We have responded to every email you have sent us. We have also sent a repair form and pre-paid return label to you multiple times. I can only assume that our emails, including the emails containing the repair forms and return labels, are ending up in your junk mail folder or are being block by your email provider. Please email customer service if you haven't received these items. We want to make you a happy customer!

Not the fastest service I've ever experienced
Well 1st off, i ordered the controller. A month later it was still in the hydro-dip/paint area, 3 more weeks was when it was finally shipped to my house. The service speed was not good at all. I haven't tried the controller yet because they took to long and sent it once i went on vacation. If you order one you might want to sit and wait a few months before you receive your controller

alright, but it took super long to ship.
once in a while my headphones will cut in and out, but thats the only problem with the controller itself. Beside that it works fine. the only problem with this company is that it took over a month to even ship. Plus i paid for express 2 day shipping and i din;t recieve it till 5 buisness days after it shipped.

slow service
Product is great but service and shipping s slower than a dead snail. Both times I have used your service it was over a month before I received my package. To me, that is unacceptable for the price of the product. Unlikely to buy.again if it remains this way.

Good product but took forever
On the website it says about 2 day processing time mine took a whole month to process the product works perfectly it just took way too long
