They made it right!
Management from GM personally called me and told me all the difficulties they were going through, from lack of parts to holidays, etc. He made it right by expediting my order and refunding the shipping and a discount on the final tab. I was really impressed and will buy from them again simply for that personal touch. For potential buyers, be aware this is a small, growing company that, even under pressure to build tons of custom orders, cannot sacrifice on high quality, that in itself means a lot to me. I've seen one of their custom controllers at a friends and they are top notch and by far the best out there. Good company!
