We've ordered two custom xbox one controllers for my sons. In both cases I had questions (seeing that I'm not the most technical person). The staff was responsive and helpful. And my kids LOVE their controllers!

The customer service was great, the staff at gamermodz informed me of what was going on with my controller every step of the way, they even offered to explain to me how to use it. I am very impressed with their work, their mod works flawlessly and I will do business with them again.

I found GamerModz to be an AWESOME representation of what they build. They were not only upfront about the time it would take to build a modified controller for my son, they sent us an email letting us know when we could expect the device to be completed and packaged for delivery. The process did take nearly four weeks, but that is the price you pay for quality work. They don't just have modified controllers laying around to ship, they built it to the specifications that he requested. As a result he is extremely happy with his purchase. All of the features that he ordered work to his satisfaction and he and I would both recommend GamerModz to anyone interested in purchasing an advanced gaming component. Well done!

The gamer mod I purchased was for my son. He picked out his mod including all the customized features and he is very happy with it. It took about 3 weeks for him to get it but the wait was worth it because it blows the competition out the window! All of his friends are jealous and I suspect there will be orders coming in because of it.

I ordered a yellow colored shell and blue colored buttons for a xbox one controller that I'm building. It's to go along with some CNC aluminum joysticks, and buttons I have (Parts only option, which I love since I can swap them out in the future). The shell I ordered was a yellow colored plastic which make the controller easier to assemble compared to painted ones. I will order from them again.
