Great product - overcharged terrible shipping
Control is great! My wife loved it. Works fantastic, an excellent work. 3 starbis given because of overall experience. Shipping is way overpriced and doesnt include customs. Was charged an extra 30 dlls of customs upon arrival. Tried to order through amazon but it said you guys didnt ship internationally which you actually do in main site. Amazon would gave shipped cheaper and would have included customs.

Thank you Rodrigo. It is true that some countries charge duties and taxes. This happens for many imports. We are looking into offering our products internationally through Amazon. It is quite a big investment and undertaking. Additionally Amazon passes those fees and charges to us directly so we would have to charge more for international orders on Amazon.

A bit pricey
I ordered my girlfriend the Harley Quinn controller and it looks amazing and works great, my only real issue is the price. Even after the Black Friday discount and an extra coupon it cost me $170 for the controller with no mods and only 2 little designs on it.

Controller great, Service is questionable
I love the controller but the service was questionable because I did get a day late and I feel they could of gotten it to me quicker and I hope for a better experience next time.

Thank you for the review. All controller orders are one-off, custom built. Typical order processing times are 6 - 10 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). This is typically enough time for your order to move through our internal systems. Once your controller is built and tested, it is then shipped using the shipping method you chose during checkout. Upon shipment, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information. The amount of time it takes to arrive to you after it has shipped our facility is determined by the shipping method you chose and your distance from our facility. You can always check the status of your order and see your estimated ship date by logging into your account on the GamerModz website. After reviewing your order it looks like your order was shipped on the 10th business day. We thank you for the purchase and hope that your next experience with us will be even better.

Friendly but slow.
They were very friendly through the whole experience except they didn't get my controller right the first time. Even through that though they still performed pretty well when it came to repairing my controller and getting back to me.

Acceptable
The controller didn't feel like it was put fully together, and also the mods bug out a lot! I have to use the reset mode a lot because of this. But it does what it is supposed to do even if its buggy.

No use of aftermarket Headset for Xboxone
The one negative I have is that I recently purchased a top of the line headset to use with the Modz controller but couldn't because the controller was fully upgraded on my xbox one settings download .

Kevin, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. You CAN use an aftermarket headset. You CAN use ANY headset you want. The mod has no affect whatsoever on the headset you use. You can also update the controller at any time with no issue. If you are experiencing issues, contact our customer service and they will get a technician to assist you!

Great Controller
Great Controller by gamermodz nice custom work expect for website doesn't tell you before check out how long process for controller take. Will buy another controller again hope better customer service when handling time frame on controller being made.
