Anyway that pretty much sums it up. I actually got a couple of my gamer buddies to order them at same time. Bc lately it seems that everyone is using them. I did a bunch of research and went with Gamermodz. I regret it. No where on their website does it say it will take over 30 days to receive the remote. It does say 1-4 day processing. Good luck with that. Well I might be a bit more disappointed and angry then norm. Considering I got two other friends to get them at the same time. Guess what, after convincing them to go gamermodz. Their remotes work. FML. The thing that bothers me is that you can watch the process of the remote build. My remote spent over two weeks in "testing". I am guessing the kid who went to school in the trailer next to school where the other kids went, tested mine. Yup 1-3 chance you get him. Lol. Rely the LS2 button didn't work. So I couldn't reset or program it. How do you miss that? No damage to box so can't blame on that. Just understand that "testing" is bullfish. It did look cool. Nice hydro graphics. But seriously who cares if the remote doesn't work. Another thing don't spend $ on quicker shipping. My buddy didn't do two day and he got it the same day I did. Both my buddies say it really works on battlefield vs. call of duty. I can neither agree nor disagree. I think they might like enough to keep theirs. However I asked for full refund. Let's see how that goes. Bc it hasn't happened yet. I don't know if they will bang for 20% and or shipping. They should not as it was defective before delivery. However I think I am going to pass on buying any modified remote. I did the research and went with who I thought was the best. Bad taste in my mouth. Sure. Is it a sham? Not sure. However I think it's now the reason why online multiplayer gaming sucks now. Maybe I am bitter. Good luck

Spent $130 on something i thought would be a quality product. buttons stuck and controller sticks stay stuck forward.

I ordered a modified xbox 360 controller for my nephew on 12/16/13. I was not expecting to recieve the controller by Christmas, I knew I was a little late on that. I was, however, hoping for the following week. The website stated a 6-10 day production window before shipping. When I had not yet recieved the controller by 1/6/14 I emailed customer service which stated I would have a response by the end of the next buisness day. 3 days later they emailed me back to say that they had production delays, they hoped to have the controlller shipped by the following week and they would expedite the shipping at no extra cost. I appreciated the expedited shipping but did not appreciate that no one let me know of the delay as it was occuring. The controller did not ship until 1/16/14, a month after ordering.

I ordered this product a month ago and haven't even heard from them. I think I will just cancel the order at this point.

This was purchased two weeks before Christmas and it is January 10th and the controller is still in process. We have yet to receive any merchandise as of this time, so all I am truly rating is the shipping time which is EXTREMELY slow and LONG. Nice Christmas gift for my son, considering it is now the middle of January and we still don't have anything. For the $200 that we spent, I didn't see it taking this long when I was quoted a 6 to 10 day turnaround and to have the merchandise by New Years.

Very bad taking for ever and still have not received the package

I ordered on Dec 14 hoping for Christmas delivery, as this was my son's Christmas present. I called to checktge status on Dec 22 and it hadn't even been started yet. I was told at that time it would be here 2-3 days after Christmas. Disappointed, but what could I do. At that point was told a refund would take 7-10 days so we decided to wait on our product. Called again to check the status on Dec 31 because the website still wasn't updated. A different person said he would push it to the front that night to be built and shipped immediately. Finally received our controller on Jan 4. It seems to be a good product but the waiting was ridiculous. Definitely won't order from here again. ..especially since they don't provide updates or keep their word.

Placed my order on Dec. 16th. Still have not recieved my purchase. Did get an apology that they were running behind due to the Christmas rush. My thoughts are...you know it will be busy during this time of year so why not have additional help to get the orders completed. I basically have a twelve year old waiting on his Christmas gift. Thanks.
