The customer service is horrible
The customer service is horrible. If you try to call them during "open hours" it always takes you to a voicemail saying they are too busy. I have emailed them and it takes them about a week to respond once. It has been a long and annoying process and I'm still waiting for customer service to help me. Would not recommend!

customer service lacking
No one answers the phone when I call . Email reply keep referring me to the pdf files they have online but the pdf files are full of type errors.. instructions say one thing but graphics display another.. very frustrating to try to figure out.and that's a lot of money for such poor service

PS4 controller
Just got casing not a controller. Casing was too smalll for our controlller. Fortunately we were able to put our controlller back together successfully

Terrible
Order was late, ruining a birthday party for my 9yr old. Was told since it was late gamermodz would add additional features to compensate. Well they forgot..then when asked they said send it back and we'll add the features promised. All in all horrible, will never spend money with that company again. Suckered me out of 230$...costomer services is an absolute joke...if you care you think maybe you'd answer promptly not wait 4to5 days to reply..

Do not buy anything from this company
Don't buy anything from this company! I ordered a remote and didnt get it until a month later. A couple hours after playing with it the controller's mods stopped working. I called customer service and tried to explain to them that something is wrong with my controller. The person I was talking to continued to exhale and act as if he was very irritated with me. I tried to be polite as I can. I told him that everything was working perfectly hours ago but now the controller isn't responding to me. He repeatedly asked me if I read the instruction manual, even though I told him I did. After a while he finally told me just to send it back and that they'll figure out the issue and send it back to me. I spent $250+ on this controller and I didn't feel like waiting another month. I asked for a complete refund, but they want to charge me a $20 restocking fee. Save money and a headache. Use another company.

Just horrible
The gears of war 4 mods don't work on top of the A button jamming and spazzing out right out of the box for a $200 controller that you can't even play one round with.

Kyle, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Our mods DO indeed work, as you can see by the hundreds of prior reviews and the thousands of mods we ship every single month. We have been doing this over a decade (10 years) and started the entire industry. If our mods didn't work, we would not be in business over a decade. Per our email to you, we asked that you contact customer service via phone so that they could assist you with showing you how to use your controller. Instead of contacting customer service so they could show you how to use it, it seems you have taken the initiative to leave an inaccurate and slanderous review. If you do not want to learn how to use your controller, simply return it for a refund. We offer a 7 day money back guarantee. While we would like to help you with your controller, you don't seem to want our help and we would just rather have you send it back for a refund.

Bad custom service
I order my controller 4 february , the ship estimated date was 12 18 february. Because now is over , i try write two times a e-mail and two times i havent answer . I spend more money for this controller

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Upon investigation, we see you email us over the weekend and again yesterday. We are not open on the weekends and yesterday was a holiday and therefor we were not open. Your order has shipped, in the 6 - 10 business days that we quote.

Took way too long.
Took way too long to get, 1 month after order. Customer service sucks, couldn't understand person hardly and waS never actually helped just given run around. Terrible. And controller doesn't seem to have the mod on it. In response to your response no was told no such thing. I'm not a liar and wouldn't try and ruin your reputation for no damn reason.

We were running a little outside the standard 6 - 10 business day window due to having to patch the Jitter for Infinite Warfare and I am certain customer service explained this to you and apologized for any delay. As for the mod, the mod you purchased was indeed installed in your controller. Please visit the help section of the website for the PDF manual and if you need assistance with it, simply call customer service. Customer service is available Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5:30PM and would be more than happy to assist you with learning how to turn on, off and program your mod.
