The controller quality of it is really bad the controller paint job looks nice in all but when I play the controller glitches all the time and has late reaction way to much. Pretty much I purchased something to show off for looks and nothing else I really needed a new controller and instead I got something just as bad as my 4 year old controller.

Had it for 45 minutes of play time and r2 button broke set it in 3 weeks later get it back. Then within 30 minutes of playing the r2 button now will some times stay on and empty every clip until out of ammo. Don't feel like sending back in just dealing with it.

Gary, Every controller is thoroughly tested before shipment whether it's a new build or repair. I am not sure why you are having the issue that you are. We don't want you to just "deal with it", we want to fix it! Please contact us so that we can resolve your issue.

The controller are okay, not that durable and held together. Took over an ENTIRE month to get!! It's cheap, but USE A DIFFERENT WEBSITE, THIS IS WAY TO LONG FOR HOW MUCH YOU ARE PAYING,

Julian, We are sorry you are not happy with your item. All orders do have a build time due to there being over 5 million different combinations you can make when designing your own controller. Multiply that by 4 different consoles and that is over 20 million different combinations. I have searched our records and we have not received any correspondence with you in regards to issues you are experiencing with your purchase. Please contact customer service by phone or email so that we can make you a happy and long time customer.

The website is nice, creating my own controller was cool, so many choices to choose from but that's where it ends, it took 2 weeks past the dispatch time before it was dispatched, when I received it I was not that amazed, one of the triggers has a slight deformation Mark and the start button and menu button wasn't green as I had chosen when creating, and lastly the quality of the finished controller was poor.

This site runs around 15 dollars higher than other similar merchants. My controller was shipped a week later than expected and even after I emailed and received a new ship date it didnt ship that day either. When I got the controller it was perfect exactly what I expected. One plus... more shell options than other merchants

For my 1st time ordering it was a bit confusing. I didn't realize, nor my son, that the actual guts of the controller were not included. I still have to go out and by a controller so my son can take it apart and put it back together. I could've saved $ and just got 1 from the store in the 1st place.

HI Danielle, we offer the "parts only" selection since we have a lot of customers that want to build it themselves for a fraction of the cost. Feel free to return the parts since this was clearly a mistake! When buying a controller you will need to select pre-built (closer to $75)

Bought the new juggernaut mod thinking my cod ghosts multiplayer matches would dominate however the bullets per second didn't impress or make it any easier to kill other players I was def let down wasn't worth the 80 dollars.

Upon receipt of the controller, I was genuinely surprized by the quality, but at the high price point, a surprise shouldn't really be that surprising. Needless to say, upon using the controller, I noticed that the overall controller experience was nice, it had some definite issues that hampered my overall experience. The ps button and the start and select buttons required excessive pressing, and they did not have the feel of the quality that I was expecting, and with buttons as important as those, this is inexcusable. I plan on contacting customer service to see if there is anything that can be done. I am, overall, not satisfied.
