Grandson will love it.
The remote is very cool and it came with a neat case but, it took a very long time to receive the item. I finally emailed the company and got no response but all of a sudden got a email that said item shipped.

Okay
I like the way it looks but I don't understand why I have to go on the internet for instructions I still don't understand how to work it

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The reason we don't include a hard copy of the instructions is because we have a lot of mods with a lot of programmable features (more than anyone) so therefor the instruction manual is very large. To save on tree's as well as increased shipping costs, we make it available as a PDF on our site. I have searched our records and notes on your account and don't see that you have contacted us for asssitance. If you need assistance setting up or programming your controller, you are able to contact customer service at 1-866-205-5268 Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5:30PM EST (excluding holidays). Too long to fix
I recently sent in a controler i purchased from them because of problem with left thumb stick.took almost 2 weeks before they finally shipped it back.other then that was not bad experience. FTI my controler was fixed

Great product but took forever to ship.
I ordered the customizable controller on April 6, ordered 2 day shipping, and didn't receive it until the beginning of May. I called multiple times with no responses. Finally when I got responses, they were all completely different. Anyway, the controller is really awesome. Great stuff. Just disappointed with the customer service

Good product, hard to get a hold off.
I really liked my controller. After a couple of weeks the dpad stopped working correctly. I contacted them and they were quick to send our a prepaid label to send the controller. It took 3-4 days to get an update on what was going on. And even then they were vague answers. After 4 weeks they finally decided to send me a new controller because they couldn't fix the original issue. At this time I still haven't received my new controller and have no idea when it's going to arrive. All in all I would order again because the quality of product but it's extremely difficult to get an answer in a timely manner.

Pretty great products, but to wait is awful.
I bought a PS4 controller customized at the end of December, and it was estimated to come on January 20th, and each day it would say it would come earlier. Soon it just wouldn't come, but it soon did on Feb 1st. And it was brilliant when it did! Great quality and it looks much better in person (the controller). As long as you can wait a month then this company is perfect for you!

Juggernaut controller mod
Controller works well. When I received it I noticed tiny piece of wire not stuffed inside the controller. You can see it in one of the edges of the controller. You would of thought they would have seen it since it went through such a long process to get it ready. It did take 2 weeks or more before I received it.
