poor quality very costly
i bought their best modded controller and it has done nothing but mess up.i bought it because i have a form of muscular dystophy that affects my hands and i told them this and they recommended their most expensive controller but its mods make it harder to play not easier. very disappointed

The controller just didnt really look the way it was displayed on the site, and a mistake was made with my order.
I ordered a matte controller and got a shiny one. I wanted the part of the xbox controller with the x on it to be blue and they gave it to me black. The colors were a bit on the dull side, and the controller wasnt too neat. paint was on the name that was printed on the controller. It did look alright, just not what i ordered

controller works from time to time
The controller works only half the time and you cannot trust it. Die a lot more often as a result of the controller not waking when needed.

controler buttons stopped working within 1 week of use.
Have had mechanical issues with both controllers I purchased.

Most of the mods are useless
The rapid fire mod even at highest setting I can still shoot faster. Quickscope mod is glitchy. The sniping mod is pretty good. The fast reload does not work that well in destiny when you reload it switches to your other weapon in COD it lags the whole game. The mods are okay but here are two things that caught my attention my y button is pushed really far out and my lb button is stuck so you have to press really hard for it to work. At least it is a cool controller

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Every game has a different "maximum" rate of fire. No controller on this planet can exceed this. Destiny is such a game where rapid fire will NOT increase the rate of fire of a weapon. Seeing as you are under the impression that our quickscope mod is "glitchy", which is untrue, you seem to need assistance with programming it properly. It is impossible for a controller to cause game lag as it has no effect on the consoles processor nor the network connection. Fast reload is a mod for Call of Duty, NOT Destiny. Please contact customer service so they can schedule you a phone call with a technician to help you use your modded controller properly and to resolve any other issues are you having.

poorly constructed, feels like its going to fall apart in your hand.
Honestly, the controller took almost 2 month's to get too me, and when I received it , it felt like it was poorly constructed. I couldn't get it to work on battlefield 4 and after consulting with there tech I still couldn't get it to work. I found a different site selling the same controller cheaper and more user friendly.

Good Afternoon Milze, You placed your order on June 24th and it was shipped on the July 17th. A few days past the expected ship date - not 2 months. Thank you for acknowledging that or tech was available to assist you. I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with your controller. We did receive it back and a refund was initiated after receipt. Long wait, color didn't match the picture.
Took a very long time to get my controller. The mat blue didn't look anything like the picture. It looks like cheap blue plastic.
