I love my controller, but even with the online videos and downloadable directions the controller can be difficult to configure. I wish the controller had come with written directions.

When I got my controller I noticed that one of the buttons (select) on the controller was halfway colored. I bought blue buttons to replace the default black controller buttons. Half of the select button is blue the other half is clear, making it look uneven. I am a little upset about it, since this is a cosmetic issue that you can clearly see, not sure how the creators of the controller could have missed this. Other than this blemish as far as for cosmetic reasons, the product was exactly what I ordered.

This controller is just what I was expecting looks and works well I would place another order with GamerModz

At first I was skeptical about purchasing a modded controller. But it turned out to be a great experience! My controller looks and feels great, and works fine. I think it probably should have came faster (16 business days for me) but that's ok. All in all, if you want a modded controller get it at GamerModz.com!!

I've ordered through here many times. Excellent every time when needed customer service resolved issue. Would highly recommend.

The only thing that didn't happen was that I had to call for my tracking info. By the time I thought about reaching out though, it was already almost here. As soon as I called, they immediately resent the email so I had it. I really like their website and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a similar product

Overall I love my controller, it's exactly as I ordered it and the company was fast and responsive with both emails and shipping. The product does exactly what I wanted it to do. My only complaint, if any, was the lack of directions contained within the box. While I did find the directions online, it took me a little bit of time to find them online. But once I did that everything was a cinch. Thank you and expect to see future orders from me!

I bought the Xbox One X3 rapid fire mod. First off, it's a great rapid fire controller, no hesitation in firing. Although I'd love for the guns to fire faster (especially the marksman rifles) I understand some can't. That's kool w/me. The controller I bought has 5 settings on it & even though it took me a bit to try & figure out how to program the controller, the directions to program it were set up nicely w/no complication. When I try to plug in my mic, the outside shell casing is a bit low so I need to press up while pushing in on the controller for it to work, the battery seems to die quickly w/this controller but I took vibration off so that should improve the life time some. Over all, I'm happy w/it & oh yea, with the burst fire 3 or 5 shots a second, all guns are a near accurate shot. Thank you!
