Takes forever to get product....very frustrating!!!
We ordered a handheld controller for XBox One on Dec. 12th as a Christmas gift. It is now January 2nd and we still haven't received it. The order status has been "In Progress" for weeks. I wrote to the company and was told that it would be shipped this week but the week is almost over and the controller still is "In Progress" and has not shipped. Will never do business with GamerModz again! Very frustrating and disappointing!!!

Not Real Happy
Ordered Dec 12, and thought i was ordering an already Modded controller. when I asked about my order i was told it would take 6-10 Business day to make. They also said they didnt have Overnight shipping available???? Now Jan 2, and i sent an email to see where my order is and nobody even reponds.

Not happy with this order
The order I placed on December 10th for a Christmas present for my son still has not shown up as of Jan 2nd. Progress still shows in progress so much for surprising my son for Christmas. Will not use this company again

Service and support is horrible.
It's been a month since I placed my order and it is still in progress. They said it takes 6-10 business days ti finish and ship but it's been a month and I've heard nothing from them. Will not buy from them again.

I tried looking up your order by your name with no luck. Terrible
Ordered hand controller on 12/11/2013 and still haven't received my order! Try to call the company an there's never no answer an after several messages I left,....still no return calls! I stopped payment an hopefully they don't send my product! I will get it else where!!!

Hi Sharon, I'm sorry no one returned your phone call! I looked up your order and it is in our build room to be built today. I will pull it and have your order cancelled. Most custom controller company do have a increased build time during the holidays since we are small companies!

Service Stinks
It has been three weeks since I ordered my moded controller (ordered 12/10/2013) and it still hasn't shipped. I have had no communication about the reasons why this is taking so long. I ordered this for my son's christmas and they told me that everyone was upgraded to priority shipping. Upon my last login to their website (12/31/2013) it still shows it hasn't shipped. With the lack of communication on their end, it's hard to say why this is taking so long. To their credit, I ordered a mod last year and received it promptly. I don't understand why they dropped the ball this year. Their website says it could take 10-14 days to ship. I am now in my fourth week of waiting and with no response from gamermod. Very Disappointed!!!

Hey Bryan! I'm sorry you have been waiting so long! We have fallen a bit behind schedule with the massive amount of Christmas orders this year. I checked on your order and it is in the front of the line in our build room so it will be built today and shipped tomorrow (no postal service today for New Years) Sorry again for the significant delay and we hope you love your controller when you receive it! The Blue Chrome looks awesome!

took my money and received nothing
I had placed an order for a mod controller on Dec 10th for my son for a Xmas present my money was taken out on Dec 13th and as of today 12/31/13 I haven't received anything. Horrible service. Will be calling my bank to get my money back.

Hi Louise, I looked up your order and your PS4 has already shipped! If you did not receive a tracking number please let us know and we will send it to you. We upgraded your shipping as well. Sorry for the delay we have received an very large amount of christmas orders and are working hard to get them all built and shipped!
