It was a very a long time since they solved my problem (adding payout profile was bugged and I couldn't do it). However they finally solved it and even sent me the money that I've won in 2 days only.

It's a scam
It's a scam! They pay you once or twice, so you think it's legit. Then they find a reason to ban you or just ignore your withdraws forever (they are pending for like 6 months)..

Paying once or twice and then hitting a stuck withdraw is frustrating, but it does not make the platform a scam by slogan. Gamercraft pays legitimate balances. Open support on gamercraft.com with your username about that pending withdraw. We do not fight cases in public reviews.

August 2, 2024 withdraw still open is the concrete claim. Gamercraft pays legitimate balances. Bring that request into support on gamercraft.com with your username so it can be reviewed properly. We do not settle payout disputes in public reviews.

Make Gamercraft pay-to-play already, and pay your users.
Gamercraft just sucks.
I've been playing pretty often back then, always as a free-to-play user, and they always had this delay in payments, delays of months so I continued playing.
Even if you "support their platform" and pay an op subscription they will have delays, never pay you in time.
I'm talking about delays of even YEARS if you are a free user. (This is my case now, of course)
They try to justify this delay saying that it's fair to pay op and active users first, but how is this a good system if we play for nothing? if you pay only for having delays anyways?. I don't want to waste my time or my money in a platform that doesn't even pay you, and at this point it's just like their making excuses to not pay me only because I'm not active anymore in their platform. I'm no longer active because I got tired of waiting.
Of course I don't want to support your platform if i've been waiting for over a year and I'm not even in a "priority list" for that, maybe in another year I would get paid what I earned (because yes, we free users that have been waiting for our payments a year deserve our payments too, 'cause Gamercraft isn't giving us anything "for free", we earned that money with our time back then and that time too was a form of contribution to the platform.
What's even the point of free users then? just make the page completly pay-to-play at this point.
I just find RIDICULOUS waiting a year and being told "you are not in a priority list because you aren't an active user anymore, and we will prioritize OP first and then active users". Then in what place am I?.
Just say you are not going to pay me at this point, or pay me so I can just forget about your page. ONE YEAR is stupid.

Year-scale free-to-play payout delays are the core of your review. Gamercraft pays legitimate balances. Priority queues do not erase that duty. Open support on gamercraft.com with your username so your pending payout can be reviewed. We do not argue those cases in public reviews.
