I bought a ps5 game, it came crack, it has been a month and I'm still trying to get customer service to send me a mailer to return it for a refund. They are also telling me to just take it to USPS pay for the stamp and do not provide an address. They are just bad business.

Recently joined GameFly on a free month subscription they had cancelled my account for some reason even tho I have active payment options on account. Was going to try for a game for my daughter but I guess GameFly doesn’t want more customers or something

I had to cancel my account. I still had three games that I was returning. I had to move things around just to find them. They are not brand new games titles. I just can't believe the took 64.95 for each game. That nearly 200 dollars. The games have since been mailed out. I just not sure when they will get them. Gamefly used to be very good to their customers. What in the world happened to them. I'm not sure if I ever want to open another account with them ever again in the future. They could do better. Give people time and have patience it's called slow mail.

They're slow at shipping. They disrespect their customer base. The people there talk like they're an ai with pre-canned responses every time I contact them. They never use the fast-return system they give you the option to use. Your complaints are never listened to. The employees are spiteful and likely not even real. They also take forever to send the next game because they're all on "very low" stock. The company used to be somewhat okay, but they appear to not be at all competent at this point. If the issue really is them not having enough games in stock, then they should be sure to stock up instead of lying to their customers.

Absolutely horrible stole 15 dollars off my card for a "free trial" zero help from support and even after cancelling my account they refuse to give me my money back. Absolute scam dont recommend just buy digital copies

Horrible, stay away, not worth the money. Everything everyone says is true. Slow shipping, poor selection, horrible customer service. They do not care , no matter who you speak with. I spoke with Lance B, who was rude, did not want to give his last initial, employee #, or location. He did not help, blamed USPS and said the $14 credit I received was more than enough for not receiving a game I GameLocked 14 days ago. He said call back when it is another 14 days late and they will consider an extra credit .Seriously---forget it. This company is HORRIBLE .

Takes up to a month to receive games. Never complained, snail mail, whatever. Used their fast return option one time to get a game locked title. Less than a week later, they charged me for the game I returned. Like I control the mail. I never said anything when I waited a month to receive a game from them, yet they charge me $70 for an old game because it didn't arrive back to them in a week. Whatever, keep your money. I cancelled, won't be back.

I returned a game and it got lost in the mail, I reported it lost to them and they never took it off my account This was close to a year ago and they still will not let me rejoin. Run away from this scam of a company.
