Abbiamo spiegato numerose volte che la lana del prodotto che hai ricevuto è spazzolata dagli artigiani per conferirgli un aspetto e una sensazione diversi rispetto al resto dei maglioni, questo non è un errore da parte nostra. Ti sei anche lamentato della taglia del maglione e l'hai confrontato con gli ordini precedenti che hai fatto, uno di questi 2 è un maglione da uomo e il secondo era una taglia M che è molto diversa dalla taglia Small che hai adesso.
