I placed an order and three days past without any notification that my order had been shipped. I contacted Gamboa customer service via an e-mail link on their website and received a prompt reply early the following morning from Gabriela Vargas with explicit order status details. Was looking for a hat band made with horse hair to replace a lost one. Gamboa offered decent prices. Shipping went very well (DHL from Ecuador). Final product fits perfectly on my hat and seems to be great quality. Final rendering is not exactly the same as advertised but it’s handmade so I was expecting that. It is still close to what I was looking for. Would have appreciated more examples to show variability, but not a big deal. Definitely love it.
