Hi. Wurde bearbeitet, danke Ich habe 2 Ponchos bestellt (2826) und außerdem, dass die Größe einfach zu gross ist, habe nach der Anprobe allergisch reagiert. Wie gesagt kauft man blind und auch so einen fall mit Allergie wurde nicht berücksichtigt. Sehr enttäuscht. Sie lügen auch, wenn sie sagen, dass sie das individuell und für jeden Kunden einzeln machen. Die Ware kam in 3 Tagen, Ganz normale massproduction. In Deutschland seit 2016 hat man Recht innerhalb 14 Tagen die Ware zurückschicken, hier ist es 10. Und in JEDEM Online Shop hat man das sowie so , weil man das blind kauft, in diesem Shop gibt es gar nicht, man kann das nicht zurückschicken, gibt's sogar kein Formular dazu, den muss man anfordern. Und wenn man das anfragt, kommt Standart automatische Antwort, dass es kein Grund dafür gibt, daher nicht möglich. Ich empfehle ein anderen Shop zu suchen. Keine Rückmeldung. Mai 2023
