Absolute scam. Paid $109 for a single visit waited a week to speak to a doctor then at that that time sent a message saying consultation ended due to an inactive membership. Will not get back to me whatsoever. Absolute money grab Do Not Use!!

1) required several days to schedule an appointment with the "Doctor"; 2) appointment once it occurred was with a doctor’s assistant, not a doctor; 3) the promised X-ray order, PT Plan, and orthopedic referral has yet to occur 24 hours after the appointment ---is this a real medical service?

Took 16 hours to respond to my initial question about needing sleep medication for a flight. They can't prescribe medication virtually. Not sure what their purpose is???

Worst telehealth company ever! They are incredibly rude, elitist, they only care about getting as much money as they possibly can from customers, their prices keep going up as their quality sinks further into the toilet, wait times are often 3+ days or longer (or they never reply at all), they do the bare minimum and often get basic prescriptions wrong or refuse to prescribe them altogether (and I’m talking basic meds, not any controlled substances), etc., etc., etc. And they never admit when they screw up and have a nasty attitude when you try to get help. They clearly only want “insurance” patients now, as they can charge insurance $250 per text message. I think this new $49 per month plus $10 per text exchange structure -and increasing neglect, rudeness, and apathy toward out of pocket patients- is to flush everyone else away. Worst company ever!!! There are many other -and FAR better- telehealth companies out there. Galileo is garbage.

I had several great experiences with this health care provider but had to switch to a different one when my insurance changed. 9 months later I received a bill for 2 services in 2024 and 1 in 2025, totalling almost $370. I never received services in 2025 since my insurance had changed. Email address on the statement comes back undeliverable. Another email I used back when they were my provider also comes back undeliverable. No good phone number. Access to their app errors out.

My daughter was running a fever and had an ear ache last evening. Our insurance company works with Galileo for virtual appts so we gave it a try. We filled out all the info at 9:30 pm, had confirmation of intake form and were told it would be a 20 minute wait. We heard nothing at all. We checked the app for messages this morning upon waking and we were contacted at 5:08AM. Unacceptable response time, especially at that hour when no one is typically available. We will not use this service again & I will be letting our insurance carrier know as well.

It use to be fast service / treatment plans. Now hardly anyone replies!

Why are Galilio contacting folks, when they are not their patients. I'm not a patient of Galilio Medical. Are they going into personal records. I have a medical doctor. I have never been in Galilio office for any care. This is the 2nd time being contacted by them. Even had a nurse visit. I will contact my insurance company about this matter.
