I am completely disgusted with this so-called telehealth service. The absolute worst!! I started a request and waited 6 hours. I was informed that someone would text me in the app. when someone replied 6 hours later in the app there was no audible notification. I just happened to look and see that someone responded. I replied back to them 3 minutes later, however my health is not important enough for them to have the patience to wait 3 minutes for a reply, but it is okay for me to leave 6 hours! completely and utterly disgusted! as I mentioned to them I will say it again our health care does not matter it's about the money they can collect for overcharging us for our health care and providing a so-called free service which is trash!

too hard to get any help. I've tried to be thorough and honest and your doctor's try to push me off on other doctors half the time. will be going back to my old insurance provider as well because Teledoc is easier to deal with. I don't have to beg Teladoc for treatment for hours just to get brushed off and put off on some other doctor. the care is worse on Galileo and it takes too long to get responses. will be leaving this review on Google and Facebook, Twitter and Instagram as I have over 100,000 followers. I really tried to like Galileo but you make it too hard to get treated and when I do get treated, I get treated like I'm incompetent and the doctors act like they don't believe anything I say even though I've gone above and beyond to show my records even taking hours to create patient portal counts and take screenshots to get the information they requested because you don't list all of my healthcare providers and don't even follow through obtaining my records when I wasted my time going through the hassle of requesting them. if I could give zero stars I would. unfortunately this has turned out to be the worst experience I've ever had with remote health care.

This is by far, the most horrible health insurance I've ever had. The virtual visit is definitely not 24/7, it takes forever to get back to me. And trying to get a referral? You might just as well go in to the urgent care center. I've been trying to get a neurologist for my son since January this year, they kept giving me wrong referrals which either did not take the insurance, or treat the diagnosed condition, or is booked till February next year. This is got to be a joke. I seriously doubt it'll exist next year.

If I could give it a 0 I would. This system suck. I tried numerous times to schedule a virtual visit and no one gets back with me. They say someone will get back with in 24 hours, well they never got back and it has been a month. And they lied and said they called me for a visit but they must of call someone else cause it wasn't me.

Terrible experience...The Galileo app does not save info,is confusing. The App would was unable to find the MDs for medical records. Shame on UHC for using an unreliable app as the gatekeeper for trying to obtain health care.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is a joke. It must be a circus, because I only get clowns to, sometimes, answer my questions. And then when I repeat the question, they are too lazy to read the whole thread and have me start from the beginning. The app is pointless, and as an insurance broker, I will NEVER recommend this type of insurance, that requires Galileo, to any of my clients. Also, they really like to use the word "hope", as in "I hope you're able to rest" or "I hope you feel better" I have some serious health issues, how about I HOPE I DON'T DIE, while you clowns try to figure out 100 ways to not treat me or answer my questions!!!!

This used to be the most unique, effective Telehealth platform out there. You could send them a brief instant message and get whatever prescription you needed as long as it wasn’t a controlled substance. Perfect for traveling emergencies, etc. They slowly degraded. Now, the prices skyrocketed, the average response time is one week, and they won’t do ANYTHING for you. I’m absolutely baffled. You could not do a worse job if you tried. This company is unethical and I highly advise staying away.

advertised as 24/7. don't believe it. terrible service. unable to reach them. app is a disaster. nothing you enter is saved. united healthcare uses them and forces you to see them before you can see a real doctor. been trying to see them for 2 days - no call backs, texts, nothing. i will never choose united healthcare again with this awful requirement. uhs won't let you change you pcp online - you have to call them. never again.
