They look awesome but they crease easily. If the material would've been higher quality I would gladly pay more. Overall experience is great. Shipment was very fast, even though I live in central Europe.

I ordered some sneakers but forgot to choose my shoe size. I wrote the customer service my problem and they replied very fast and changed my shoe size.

Ordered being super exited about the shoes, and they came perfectly! All I can say is I wish the print for the artwork was more vibrant, and for me the were a bit dull. Still super amazing though! Wish they had shoes with a bit of a heel as well, unfortunately as a person who walks on their toes the flatness of the shoe makes it super easy to crease them for me.

UPDATE: I gave galartsy 1 ☆ due to order issues & them not being accessible, but I'm updating it to 5☆ after emails from them, my order arriving super fast & the quality & artwork on the boots I bought. Yes, yes & yes to galartsy!

Ho effettuato un ordine comprensivo di 1 t-shirt e un paio di scarpe di Van Gogh. Il problema principale è stato che il servizio clienti non ha MAI minimamente risposto alle mie mail che chiedevano dove fosse finito il mio ordine. Quindi abbastanza rassegnato ho pubblicato una recensione a 1stella qui su Trustpilot e magicamente poche ore dopo PUFF! mi hanno risposto giustificandosi che le mie mail finivano nella loro casella di spam...diamogli il beneficio del dubbio. Ad ogni modo, oltre a questo inconveniente, l'ordine è comunque arrivato e ho potuto constatare che la qualità del prodotto è da circa 6,5/7 su 10. Consiglio all'azienda di migliorare fortemente il servizio clienti, rendendolo più tempestivo ed utile per il cliente che ha necessità. I placed an order including 1 t-shirt and a pair of Van Gogh shoes. The main problem was that customer service NEVER responded to my emails asking where my order went. So quite resigned I posted a 1star review here on Trustpilot and magically a few hours later PUFF! they replied justifying that my emails ended up in their spam box ... let's give them the benefit of the doubt. However, in addition to this inconvenience, the order still arrived and I could see that the quality of the product is about 6.5/7 out of 10. I advise the company to strongly improve customer service, making it more timely and useful for the customer who needs it.
