The shoes were delivered promptly and I've been enjoying wearing them since. They draw a lot of attention and occasional comments. They're perfect for casual meetups or just knocking around town.

My Van Gogh-inspired sneakers were very muted/washed out in colour and not at all what the photographs promised. I started the so-called "hassle-free" returns process on 5th May, but 3 emails to them later, I still have not received any response or information about to which of the 3 addresses I am required to return my order. Returns are supposed to be sent within 14 days of receipt, but how can that happen when the customers do not get the information they require? I would not recommend this organisation.

Do not order unless you are absolutely, completely, 100% beyond-a-doubt positive you know what you are getting beforehand. I ordered a handbag which was fine, even if the construction wasn’t the best. The colors, however, were not as depicted in the online photos so I decided to send it back. I had to pay almost the cost of the merchandise itself to pay for return shipping to China, but I didn’t know what else to do with it and just wanted it gone. Then, about 9 months later, the package shows back up in my mailbox, apparently unable to be delivered. I wrote the address down just as it was sent to me and even showed it to the postal clerk to be sure it was right. The item originally shipped from the U.S., so I don’t know why I couldn’t just send it back to that address. Please, for your peace of mind, read their (absolutely terrible) return policy and be ready to end up with an item that doesn’t meet expectations.

I love this place! they have very nice things and way to different from other stores! Sure there is a delay to receive your order but it is worth it!
