Amazing shoes at a great price and fast delivery

The shipment was fast and came on time for the birthday of my sister, the quality is very nice and she loved the shoes!! Recommended!

The pair of sneakers were not a good fit for me and I requested for an exchange. The communication with the customer service was open and they were very helpful. They received the ones I sent out and hopefully I'll have received the new pair.

Io ho letto le altre recensioni, purtroppo dopo aver già effettuato l'acquisto. Però ho incrociato le dita e mi son detta che magari non sarebbe andata così male. Ebbene, io non so se effettivamente i prodotti siano di aliexpress, forse non lo saprò mai, perché mi è arrivato l'ordine di un'altra persona. Nei tempi giusti eh, il giorno di consegna è stato rispettato, peccato sia una foto di una sconosciuta stampata su tela e non la borsa che avevo comprato. Ho appurato dal tracking che in effetti arrivano dalla Cina ma chi può dirlo se la qualità è comunque buona? Io non posso dirlo perché IL MIO ORDINE CHISSÀ DOV'È. Fatto sta che l'imbroglio sta a monte dato che dicono di stare negli USA... oltre ovviamente a non saper apporre un'etichetta giusta per i corrieri italiani. Truffa? Incompetenza? Attendo con ansia una risposta dal servizio clienti che dopo un giorno ancora non arriva, se non la classica risposta automatizzata che dice che presto mi risponderanno. Chissà se sbagliano anche indirizzo email per avere tempi di attesa così lunghi. Il prezzo dei prodotti non è basso e non intendo aspettare oltre. A breve aprirò la contestazione tramite paypal.

I ordered 3 products but received only 2. The ones received were wonderful. However, the third item was not. Their customer Service, 7/7, is non existent. You cannot get through on their phone number. "We're busy helping other customers". Then the email referral. I have several responses but no follow up. The last one said they needed my permission to allow them to send me a replacement? My last response was where is it and when should I receive this permission slip? Your beautiful merchandise deserves better customer service.

I've ordered shoes and a dress. The shoes were very nice, but the dress doesn't have the correct fit. I have sent several emails to ask for the return address, but haven't received any reaction. Now I'm over 14 days, so I'm even sure if they are gonna act difficult about the return. Very bad customer service. It seems like they only reply to emails, where no refund is needed.

My daughter likes bracelets because you can see and admire them while you work. Your selection was easy to follow and so pretty it was hard to choose. She likes Van Gogh so that was it. Sorry I can't give her reaction as it isn't her birthday yet so she hasn't seen it. But I love it.
