This is just a scammer company Short - - bad Quality on products, not washable. - horrible customer service. Lost my order , almost refunded me for the wrong item. - don't bother to return they won't approve it because they won't pick it up. 6 months I waited for them to pick up and they never did. - legit do not care about their customers at all, - only cares when I contact the credit card company. The story First, the quality of the 2 items I bought were awful, t shirt made of plastic not washable and not wearable. The second item a van Gogh jumper was way to big and did not have the correct measurements according to website. However when I pointed out the flaws I only got approved return for one item. And they were supposed to be delivered back on my cost. After a lot of arguing they tried to give me another item instead of actually paying me back. I told them no and they gave me a return adress I sent it and never got an answer. Then it was just silence. Nothing after week they told me if you don't send return Id we will not pay you the refund even if they receive the return. After spamming them they told me a refund was placed... For a jacket... That wasn't even in the order. After that it was : we need to approve the return after we get it .sure but they never ever picked it up and didn't contact me or anything. Figuring out I was never going to get my money back from them I asked my credit card company to put the payment on hold. They didn't like that. Then I asked them if they received the return and they never replied. This was May and the return was sent in March.... Today I november I got the items back and our currier explained that they never even tried to pick it up That s how little they care about their items. now I'm still out 250 sek because I paid for the return and they don't even bother to pick it up.
