The merchandise was excellent and arrived in excellent condition. The customer service was prompt and very helpful. I haven't given it to her yet but wanted to be prepared when I'm ready and Gage diamonds assisted very well in the process.

Buyer beware.
We financed a wedding and engagement ring through Gage. The engagement ring has twice been sent off and "repaired" (replaced by a new ring) due to manufacturer defect. The customer service has been absolutely embarrassing. The last rep we worked with completely ignored our requests for updates and to be contacted by her supervisor. Others may have had great success with the company and its products, but we aren't those people.
