The buy now pay later option is a true life saver along with the added discount that came with it . The ring was a little smaller than I would’ve hoped but my wife loves it . Will definitely be working with this company going forward when adding wedding bands/upgrades !

Item was adequately packaged and arrived in a timely manner. Immediately following purchase MVMT dropped their price about $12.

Didn’t come close to delivering on…
Didn’t come close to delivering on time. Would not answer phone. I cancelled order then it shows up three weeks later!

Hi Keith, thank you so much for sharing your experience. After reviewing your order timeline, I see the order was placed on December 12th and shipped on January 3rd, which was the 14th business day. Our website and order confirmation email state that orders take 10-15 business days. Additionally, we have no record of communication from you, including a request to cancel your order. As it currently stands, you have requested a chargeback of the order amount even though you currently have the item in your possession.
