We agreed with you that the phone is in "Like New" condition and offered you $1 more than the highest current offer on www.sellcell.com as a courtesy to you in an effort to give you the highest dollar value for your phone available online today. Hello, I apologize for the delay. We had a glitch in our system with the third party check processing company we use. This error has been corrected, but the check(s) are expected to be mailed by Wednesday 8/14 if it hasn't gone out already. Alternatively, we can pay by Venmo or PayPal immediately and cancel the check that will be automatically sent out this week if you'd prefer.
